the thing about this birthday, is that i’m getting my gifts at different times, which is cool, because then it feels like my birthday spans out over a period of time, rather than the single date.

it’s like when an artist releases a few ep’s rather than an album. you have more time to appreciate things, instead of being bombarded with everything.
